Staging Area starts at Jefferson and Cass St. and goes east on Nuccio Parkway to the Start of 12 St. and 4th Avenue. The float should be East of Nebraska Avenue on Nuccio Parkway. Disbands on Palm Avenue between the Hilton and the Cuban Club. Directions: Click here. Costume: Official Krewe with your outfits turned inside out..this is what the green lining is for!! Beads: Yes. Traditionally green and white, please no leftover orange Halloween beads!!!  Bead Use Guestimate is 45-50 dozen per person.  Theme: A Foine Parade to Thank St. Patrick for Ridding Ireland of Snakes (which later made their way to all the single bars in the United States). The Rough Riders have requested No Alcohol, NO SOLICITING TO SHOW BODY PARTS, toss beads underhanded only, do not bead the police officers.
